University of Nebraska Lincoln Phenotyping Services is a core facility that can help perform image-based measurements of plants at lab, greenhouse and field scales. Our systems use RGB, Thermal, Fluorescent and Hyperspectral cameras to collect nondestructive data. Our Spidercam field facility images 130 sub-surface irrigated plots. Our Greenhouse can image up to 672 plants as large as 2.5 meters. Our lab scale system can image trays of Arabidopsis or microplates with multiple growth chambers for varying treatments. We can help design custom phenotyping experiments to fit your needs.
